What is something new you learned about yourself from serving? I learned the importance of getting along and respecting others. My favorite part was meeting and being with my brothers and sisters in military.

How have you applied lessons in the military to your job/career? A lot of it goes hand in hand. Being in the military helped me to mature and gave me good problem solving skills. I am really big on team work and getting things done. In the metal industry, team work is really important.

Do you have a favorite quote, mantra, or personal motto? “Morality and teamwork will put fear into any enemies heart.”

Thank you for your service, Jaritt! Remember to share these stories on social media using #MSCIMetalVets and to join the Military Appreciation Month conversation on MSCI’s Community Forum.
